Is dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, weight friendly, Paleo and Vegan friendly. The fun part about smoothies is that you can change them up however you like, you can make it with rice milk, almond milk, coconut milk or hemp milk.
INGREDIENTS: (2 servings)
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
2 large, frozen ripe bananas
1 1/4 cups of Coconut milk
1 cup of ice (optional)
Add blueberries, bananas, coconut milk on a high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
